Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for the subsequent month.
Annual Subscriptions: You may cancel your annual subscription at any time. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for the subsequent year.
If you register for a course or workshop and need to cancel, you may do so up to 48 hours before the start date for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the course or workshop start date are not eligible for a refund.
Monthly Subscriptions: Refunds for monthly subscriptions are not provided. Once a subscription is active, you will have access to the platform until the end of the billing cycle.
Annual Subscriptions: If you cancel your annual subscription within the first 30 days, you are eligible for a full refund. After 30 days, no refunds will be provided.
If you cancel a course or workshop registration up to 48 hours before the start date, you will receive a full refund. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 48 hours of the start date or for no-shows.
To cancel your subscription, please log in to your Ving account, go to the “Account Settings” page, and select “Cancel Subscription.” Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation process.

In the event of exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies), please contact our support team at support@vingclass.com We review these requests on a case-by-case basis.
Ving reserves the right to update or change our cancellation and refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and we encourage you to review our policy periodically.
